Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Complarity platform. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you accept these terms on behalf of your organisation.

Complarity provides compliance infrastructure. It does not provide legal advice and does not act as your legal representative, authorised representative under Art. 22 of the EU AI Act, or notified body. You remain the accountable party for every AI Act obligation attached to your systems.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.
