This Privacy Policy explains how Complarity processes personal data in the context of providing our compliance platform.

Controllers: for account and billing data, Complarity is the controller. For AI system inventory data, classification records, uploaded evidence, and generated documents, your organisation is the controller and Complarity is a processor acting on your documented instructions.

Legal bases: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for account and billing data; legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security logging and product improvement; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where explicitly requested.
